For U.S. orders, upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number from Fedex or UPS which you can check by visiting https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/ or https://www.ups.com/track. If you are unable to find your tracking number, or have any other questions regarding shipping, please submit a ticket to support@billieeilishfragrances.com and our team will be happy to assist further!

For international orders, please track your shipment with DHL.

To ship to Canada, please shop at billieeilishfragrances.ca.

Our in-house distribution team will carefully prepare your order for dispatch within 3-5 business days of your order being received. Please note that this time frame is advisory, and during busy periods may be longer as a result of higher volumes. 

Once your order has been sent out, it will typically take 3-5 business days to arrive and will be delivered between Monday and Friday.

Please note that it is common for carriers to leave packages at alternative drop off spots close to the delivery address. Please check around your property to see if your delivery driver has left your package in a safe place.

It is also common for a package to be marked delivered by the carrier on the day it gets dropped off, which will then get delivered on the same day. 

If 24 hours have passed since an order has been marked as delivered and you have still not received your package, please contact our Customer Service team at support@billieeilishfragrances.com and our team will be able to assist you further.

Currently we ship to the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico as well as the international countries below. 

NOTE: For shipping to CANADA, please shop at https://billieeilishfragrances.ca/

In the U.S., we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time. Additionally, we cannot ship to American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.

You will be notified of your shipping costs when you get to the online checkout when placing your order. After the shipping address has been entered, the shipping cost will display on the checkout screen.

Due to the exclusivity of the fragrance, we cannot make changes to orders once they are placed. So, please be careful to submit all orders with the correct information. All sales are final which means we do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns.

Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information and fragrance selection is correct as we are unable to update your address or change your order once it has been placed.

Currently we do not provide discount codes, but we may eventually provide discount codes in the future. Keep an eye on our website, social channels and sign up to our e-newsletter here for updates.

Due to the exclusivity of our product, there may be limits placed on the maximum quantity purchased in one transaction which will be reflected at checkout.
