Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which you can check by visiting If you are unable to find your tracking number, or have any other questions regarding shipping, please submit a ticket to and our team will be happy to assist further!

Our in-house distribution team will carefully prepare your order for dispatch within 3-5 business days of your order being received. Please note that this time frame is advisory, and during busy periods may be longer as a result of higher volumes. 

Once your order has been sent out, it will typically take 3-5 business days to arrive and will be delivered between Monday and Friday.

PLEASE READ: For December 17 restock, select UPS 2nd Air or Next Day Air at checkout for best chance to receive by Christmas - however, we cannot guarantee UPS delivery dates. If you choose UPS Ground shipping, your order will arrive after Christmas.

Please note that it is common for carriers to leave packages at alternative drop off spots close to the delivery address. Please check around your property to see if your delivery driver has left your package in a safe place.

It is also common for a package to be marked delivered by the carrier on the day it gets dropped off, which will then get delivered on the same day. 

If 24 hours have passed since an order has been marked as delivered and you have still not received your package, please contact our Customer Service team at and our team will be able to assist you further.

Currently we ship to the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico only. We do not ship internationally at this time, but please sign-up for our email newsletter to be the first to know when Billie Eilish Fragrances is available in your country.

We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time. Additionally, we cannot ship to American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.

You will be notified of your shipping costs when you get to the online checkout when placing your order. After the shipping address has been entered, the shipping cost will display on the checkout screen.

Due to the exclusivity of the fragrance, we cannot make changes to orders once they are placed. So, please be careful to submit all orders with the correct information. All sales are final which means we do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns.
